  • To provide customers with estimated technician or service-provider arrival times.
  • For technicians we will collect the information via a mobile application called Breeze Technician App, The application is developed by Breeze Property Group and the developer name is breeze integrations (integrations@breezepropertygroup.com)
Location information may be collected for Technicians:
  • At login and logout;
  • While you are en route to an assigned job or work order;
  • Periodically while you are checked into an active work order; and
  • Through geofencing when you arrive at or depart from a job or work location.
    • When Location Information Is Not Collected

    We do not collect location information through these work-order and dispatch functions after you have logged out. Location information is also not collected while you are on a break or while your work status is paused.

    3. SMS and Email Communications

    If we have collected your contact information through offline means or other interactions:

    • Consent Requirement: We will only send promotional or transactional SMS or emails if you have explicitly opted in.
    • Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
    • Opt-Out Option: You can opt out of receiving communications at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

    4. How We Share Your Information

    We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages


    Location information for Technicians is shared only as necessary with Breeze Property Group's internal systems, vendors and tenants that help us operate functions such as dispatch and payroll. We do not sell location information, and we do not share or use location information for advertising purposes.

    All the above categories exclude text messaging originator optin data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

    5. Security of Your Information

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.


    Data Retention

    Location information for Technicians collected through our work-order, maintenance, or dispatch systems is retained for one year from the date it is collected and is then deleted.

    Other personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

    Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

    • The right to request correction, deletion, or restriction of your information.
